Water Heater Repair and Installation: Is your water heater leaking from the overflow or onto the floor?  Is your water heater running out of hot water or have no hot water at all?  Do you hear or smell anything unusual coming from your water heater?  If you are having any of the above issues, it may be time to repair or replace your water heater.  A water heater can be extremely dangerous if certain functions are damaged.  If the pressure inside your water heater exceeds its capabilities, it could blow up.  Watch the  Water Heater Rocket video and picture that inside your home.  Not good! 

Garbage Disposal Repair and Installation: If you garbage disposal has a bad smell, is humming, not turning on, or is jammed you are experiencing the most common problems.  It may be time to repair or replace your garbage disposal. 

Sump Pump Repair and Installation: Sump pump issues are no fun.  They can cause serious damage to your home.  Below are some common issues with sump pumps.
  • The sump pump is not running or is continuously running.
  • Unusual sounds are coming from the sump pump.
  • The check valve is not working properly.
  • The sump pump is smoking.
  • Your basement has turned into a pool.
Even if your sump pump is working properly, the combination of heavy rain and no power, can result in serious damage.  Having a battery back up sump pump will help prevent that. 

Toilet Repair and Installation: Toilets can have many problems. Below are a few examples.
  • Your toilet is plugged.
  • The toilet will not stop running.
  • The toilet is leaking.
  • Your toilet lid broke.
  • The handle is broken.
  • The toilet moves excessively.
  • You need to install a toilet for remodeling or a new home. 
Drain Cleaning: If your drain is not working properly, a back up could occur and cause damage to your home. If your sink, bathtub or toilet are backing up, you may need to repair your drain system.
